1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the 266bd platform, website, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated under the brand name 266bd and accessible at https://266bd.app. By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you ("the User") confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your 266bd account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Access to 266bd constitutes unconditional acceptance of all terms set out herein.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 266bd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete legal framework governing your use of the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional material published by 266bd, these Terms shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of 266bd is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 266bd does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register, access, or use any part of the Platform under any circumstances.

266bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in a verification request may result in temporary suspension of the account and withholding of any withdrawal requests pending completion of verification.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 266bd. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 266bd employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

Registration Requirements

To register a 266bd account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification. You must not register using a false identity, alias, or another person's personal information. 266bd reserves the right to verify all registration information against third-party identity databases and government-issued documentation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

266bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and financial compliance best practices. As part of this programme, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at the time of registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or at any other point determined by 266bd's compliance team:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar document confirming your residential address in Bangladesh (dated within the last three months)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 266bd are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 266bd does not impose currency conversion fees, and balances are always displayed in BDT. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank.

Deposits

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 266bd account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer or card methods may take up to 30 minutes to process depending on the issuing institution. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. 266bd does not charge a processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please consult your provider's terms before initiating a transfer.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are processed within 15 minutes during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank) or international cards may take 1–3 business days. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, unless otherwise approved by 266bd's finance team following a verification review.

266bd reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where there are compliance, security, or responsible gaming concerns. Any such limits will be communicated to the affected account holder via their registered email address.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

266bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotional page on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for that promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses must be activated within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus credits. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new 266bd registrants only, limited to one bonus per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• 266bd reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and subject to active wagering requirements will not be retroactively removed during the qualifying wager period.
• Bonuses credited in error — including technical errors, system faults, or misapplication — may be reclaimed by 266bd at any time. Any winnings generated from an erroneously credited bonus that exceed the original bonus amount may also be voided.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets, live casino wagers, and slot game play on 266bd are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, which are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on 266bd:

Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or competition in question (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). 266bd reserves the right to void bets where the event in question is abandoned, postponed beyond the published settlement window, or where pricing errors are identified. In-play bet settlement is final once confirmed by the system.

Live Casino

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Attempting to open more than one account on the Platform, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or mechanical means to access, interact with, or derive advantage from the Platform.
• Exploiting any technical error, pricing fault, or system vulnerability — including but not limited to placing bets on obviously mispriced odds or taking advantage of known software bugs.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bet outcomes, game results, or bonus qualification conditions.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating accounts solely to claim welcome bonuses, coordinated wagering to satisfy bonus conditions at minimal risk, or misrepresenting the nature of wagering activity.
• Accessing the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to access your 266bd account.
• Using the Platform in a manner that interferes with, damages, or disrupts its normal operation or the experience of other users.

266bd's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 266bd will take all appropriate action including account closure, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

266bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Identification of suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity on the account
• A request from the account holder to self-exclude, either temporarily or permanently
• A legal requirement to do so under applicable law or regulation
• Extended inactivity — accounts that have not recorded any login, deposit, or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be designated as dormant

Dormant Account Policy

A 266bd account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. A dormant account notice will be sent to the registered email address at least 30 days before the account is formally designated as dormant. Dormant accounts with a positive BDT balance may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee of ৳100 per month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the account holder.
